There's also the issue that they're supposed to tell the story of your own legend: but you won't have much of a legend when you've just exalted. Sure, each of them is slightly different, but basically they're all the same kind of pattern, those whorls and so on. I think it would help if they didn't all look exactly the same. Your Lunar's magic tattoos just become rather bland.
when I've seen 10 characters with mystic moonsilver tattoos in a certain pattern they start becoming rather boring. Magical tattoos? Awesome! Them being made of silver? An interesting twist on werewolves and the moon and the association with silver.īut. Originally, I thought they were pretty cool. With my own Lunar character, I just got rid of them (so he's lovely and casteless now, soon to be covered in blights and deformities I expect). It's one of their most defining features.
Most Lunars of course, have moonsilver tattoos.
